Irish Estates plc acquires a group of companies engaged in the provision of moving and storage services including Beverly Smyth, Oman Transport, Nat Ross, McConnell Removals and Hire A Crate.

Irish Estates plc changes name to Veris plc
November 2006
Veris plc acquires Premier Management Company (Dublin) Limited, a leading provider of residential property management services.
November 2006
Veris plc acquires Glenrye Properties Services, the leading provider of retail property management and consultancy services in Ireland.
December 2006
Veris plc acquires the outstanding shareholding in Vector Environmental Services, Northern Ireland.
November 2007
Veris plc acquires Orange Environmental Building Services and Orange Support Services a group of facilities management companies headquartered in Fleet, Hampshire, England.
March 2009
Veris plc disposes of its Moving and Storage division.
December 2009
Veris plc cancels trading on the Irish Enterprise Exchange (IEX), Dublin and the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), London.
